About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting the firm’s strategic expansion.

The role involves a combination of financial analysis, business development, sales and client relationship management.

Job Profile

✓ Analyse companies, financial statements, industries and business models for decision-making.
✓ Identify and approach potential clients through various channels.
✓ Develop and maintain relationships with promoters, CXOs, investors and key stakeholders.
✓ Understand client requirements and offer suitable financial/advisory solutions.
✓ Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations and follow-ups.
✓ Generate new business opportunities and contribute towards revenue growth.
✓ Coordinate with Analysts and Management for client proposals, presentations and financial analysis.
✓ Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.
✓ Negotiate and assist in converting prospects into clients.
✓ Maintain records of client interactions, opportunities and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✓ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2 years of experience.
✓ Experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition or Relationship Management will be preferred.
✓ Experience in Investment Banking / Merchant Banking.
✓ Experience in AIFs.
✓ Experience in Banking – Credit / Banking.
✓ Experience in Wealth Management.
✓ Experience in Brokerage / Stock Broking.
✓ Experience in PMS.
✓ Experience in Mutual Funds / Asset Management.
✓ Strong understanding of financial statements and financial products.
✓ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
✓ Strong analytical and client relationship management skills.
✓ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
✓ CS, CFA or LLB Degree will be an added advantage.
