Mr. Praveen Kumar Ranjan

Mr. Praveen  Kumar  Ranjan  is  a  qualified   Chartered  Accountant  (CA), Company  Secretary  (CS) ,  LLB ,  B.Com (Hons.), and  Post Graduate   in Commerce  from  the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University. He  has  completed his LLB Degree  from the prestigious Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai University.

He qualified the Company Secretary Exam at the age of 21 and Chartered Accountancy  at  the age of 24. With  more  than a decade of professional experience, he has  served at a renowned Rating Agency and in the Credit Department of a major Public Sector Bank at a senior position.

He is young, dynamic, full of  fresh ideas, and possesses  great leadership  &  interpersonal  skills. His  vast  experience  spans  across  IPOs,  Private Equity,  Banking,  Finance,  Business  &  Corporate Laws, Corporate Structuring, Due Diligence, and Internal Audits.
