Mr. Satya  Narayan  Baheti  is a  seasoned  financial expert  with  44  years    of experience in  banking  and  financial  services,  holding  key  leadership positions such as CFO, CEO, and Board Director. He played a critical role in the  CIRP  of  DHFL  as  a  KMP  under  IBC,  contributing significantly  to  its successful resolution. Retiring as Chief General Manager of a Public Sector Bank , he  was instrumental  in  corporate  finance ,  risk  management , compliance,  and  governance.  He  also  served as  MD  &  CEO  of a Mutual Fund  and  IDBI  Infrafin  Ltd,  leading  strategic  initiatives that transformed business operations.

With expertise in  corporate  finance, insolvency, compliance, and statutory audits,he has been a Nominee Director in major corporates across multiple sectors and a  member  of  the   Accounting  Standards  Board of ICAI. As a Registered  Insolvency  Professional  (IBBI),  his  core strengths include the resolution planning, financial restructuring, and regulatory compliance.

Academically, he is a  Chartered  Accountant  (All India Rank 11), Company  Secretary, and  CAIIB,  with  additional  certifications  in  Insolvency  and Bankruptcy  Law. His  professional  development  includes  participation  in leadership  and corporate  governance programs  at the Kellogg  School of  Management, IIM  Bangalore,  and  ISB Hyderabad, reinforcing his ability to drive financial excellence and business transformation.
