Ravindra Raju Suvarna (FCA, FCS, M.Com, LLB) is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 44 years of professional experience in taxation, audit, and corporate consultancy. He previously served as the Global Head of Taxation at Crompton Greaves Ltd, where he successfully led major tax planning initiatives that resulted in savings exceeding ₹260 crore for the company. Currently, Mr. Suvarna is a senior partner at Suvarna & Katdare, a Mumbai-based CA firm established in 1996. The firm specializes in corporate law, taxation (direct & indirect), audit (statutory, internal, GST, and bank audits), valuation, and secretarial compliance services, with a client base that includes both listed and private companies across diverse industries.
Mr. Suvarna brings deep expertise in international taxation, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic tax planning, especially for global subsidiaries. Under his leadership, the firm has conducted audits and consultancy for reputed companies such as Capgemini, Ricoh India, Mastek, and Unity Infra Projects, as well as banking audits for Union Bank of India, Karnataka Bank, and others.
