Mr. Praveen Kumar Ranjan is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA.), Company Secretary (CS), LLB, B.Com (Hons.) and Post Graduate in Commerce from prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) Delhi University. He has completed his LLB Degree from prestigious Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai University. He qualified Company Secretary Exam at the age of 21 and Chartered Accountancy at the age of 24. He has more than a decade old professional experience. In past he has served at renowned Rating Agency and in the Credit Department of Big Public Sector Bank at senior position. He is young, dynamic, full of fresh ideas and possesses great leadership & interpersonal skills. He possesses vast experience of IPOs, Private Equity, Banking, Finance, Business & Corporate Laws, Corporate Structuring, Due Diligence, Internal Audits etc. He has got excellent drafting skills and has proven track record of executing the assignments well within time with the highest quality. He is a man of values and true management person who is self driven towards growth. He is techno savvy, true visionary and has been instrumental in the growth of the firm.

Mr. Soumya Ranjan Senapati

Mr. Soumya Ranjan Senapati boasts an MBA Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai. He’s passionate about equity markets, private equity & venture capital (PEVC), investment banking, financial modelling, business valuation, and data analysis. Soumya thrives on challenges, stepping outside his comfort zone to continuously expand his skillset. In his leisure time, Soumya enjoys reading, business podcasts, daily news, badminton, and meditation.

He is Results-oriented financial analyst with a proven track record of delivering dynamic financial models and forecasts.
